GMod/Transformers - Intel transfer

It was the middle of the first day of a UWRC (Unlimited World Rally Championship - a fictional rally championship where cars from all vehicle classes and all eras can participate) event, and the teams were getting a police escort through the city to the next Special Stage. Among the participating vehicles, the Autobot Smokescreen* was leading the group, with two previous Subaru Impreza WRC cars behind him. This is all part of his plan to keep a low profile on Earth.

In the opposite lane, Wiretap, one of the Autobot's intelligence members, drives near him, allowing her to quickly copy the data of confirmed Decepticons within the city. Afterwards, they switch to a private communication channel, not connected to Smokescreen's team radio or scanners carried by police vehicles. They continue driving during this communication so as not to hold up traffic.

"Thank you, Wiretap. I'll report this intelligence to Optimus as soon as I locate him. I have scheduled a rendezvous with him at the start of the next road section. For now, identify possible human accomplices." Smokescreen orders her.
"Yes, sir!" she replies, accepting this new assignment.

Wiretap knows of two Decepticons in the city - Ravage* and Soundwave**. They are currently being chased by Mirage* and Bumblebee** through the city through an alternate route. However, through a misunderstanding on the Police's behalf, they believe it's a street race, and the police are trying to track all four of them down.

If Wiretap isn't careful, she could very well be dragged into the exact same mess, along with possibly Smokescreen and Prime.
